Therapist in Behavioral Health
Job Summary:
You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
​
Job Duties:
-
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
-
Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues.
-
Provide prevention-orientated therapy.
-
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.
-
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mental health counseling / substance abuse and other related fields.
Fully licensed or conditionally licensed with LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, LCADC,CADA,OR TCADC.
A minimum of one year working with adults with mental illness and substance abuse.
Familiarity with community mental health resources.
Ability to build a rapport with clients.
Strong leadership qualities.
Rate of Pay:
Rate of pay is based on licensures and certifications.

Peer Support Specialist
Job Summary:
To provide peer support services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to persons with mental illness and
/or substance abuse problems. Service provision will focus on working with clients to enhance their recovery. Service is provided to individuals or groups.
Job Duties:
Individual, ongoing guidance, coaching and support.
Provide training in the use of personal and community resources.
Client development in formal and informal community support.
Help clients build social support networks and systems.
Crisis management
Act as an advocate during client recovery.
Case conferences and individual and Group Supervision.
Adhere to all confidentiality clauses
Understand client’s rights policy and procedures.
State mandated monthly training
Maintain professionalism, and observe the guidelines established in
employee handbook.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Peer Support Specialist Certification is required.
​
Rate of Pay: Pay range per client per day. $15.00 per hour.
Required for all vacant positions:
At least 1 year of being clean and sober.
